Using Flikr

Wow - this is so late... so late....
Sorry Sue.

My group got to a slow start.... Our hero of the group was Kim S. She was always so "on it" in our group and worked hard to organize us and just get us going. I admit I was late to join in but a while there I thought it was just going to be an assignment done by Kim and I. We were eventually joined by our team Amrit and Jason and they were there to support and pick up the loose peices that Kim and I didn't have complete yet. We worked as a team in the end - but I feel that some of us did carry the project and others just chimed in with simple tasks. This was due to the lateness of some of our group joining the project.

Flickr was pretty cool to learn about. I enjoyed having a challenge of trying to learn a new tool and to design a course that will work from the learner's perspective. I appreciated the challenge and I liked that Kim picked our tool. Flickr wasn't what I would have picked and having another person set the stage for us was good and enriched the learning for us. Also I was so glad to be working with others to check my work to give insight and to keep me on track. I so do believe that collaboration is the best! sometimes not always the realistic answer, but it is the best!
